Exceptional Stay with Wonderful Staff and Prime Location!

We loved our Top Floor Grand Suite! The kitchenette was perfect for breakfasts, and Valentina and Francesco gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and sights. The location was unbeatable, with the Duomo and Uffizi Museum just a short stroll away. Tip, Look for the hotel sign—it helps!

A perfect home base in Florence

Our family felt right at home in the spacious Deluxe Suite. The location was a short stroll from the Duomo, and we loved the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there was a slight mix-up with the pricing for our child's stay which added unexpected costs to our bill. It was managed well in the end, but worth mentioning.

We truly enjoyed our stay with the family and our beloved pet. The apartment was fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. We loved being just a short walk from the Duomo, and the nearby restaurants were superb. The convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home!
